This Privacy Policy explains how Atmoslol ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Atmoslol website and coaching platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Discord account information. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar through Discord's OAuth. We use this to create and identify your account.
• Email address. We collect an email address you provide (for example, at checkout) to send purchase receipts and important account communications.
• Riot Games account and game data. If you link a Riot account, we collect your Riot ID and associated identifiers (such as your PUUID and region) and retrieve game data from the Riot Games API, including match history and rank information, to power match-history and coaching features.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive limited transaction details (such as amount, status, and a purchase identifier) to record your purchase and session credits.
• Coaching and usage data. We store information generated through your use of the Service, such as bookings, session records, missions and progress, matchup notes, and messages exchanged with your Coach.
• Technical data. Like most websites, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and log data. We use browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account;
• To process purchases and manage your session credits;
• To deliver coaching features, including match history, missions, and communication with Coaches;
• To send receipts, respond to support requests, and communicate about the Service;
• To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• To improve and develop the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers. With third parties that help us run the Service, including Stripe (payments), Discord (authentication), Riot Games (game data), and our hosting infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.
• Coaches. Information relevant to your coaching (such as your display name, bookings, notes, and progress) is shared with the Coach you work with so they can provide coaching.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Atmoslol, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage (such as cookies and localStorage) to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and remember preferences. You can control or clear browser storage through your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function properly without it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain purchase records as required for financial and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, may have additional rights. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@atmoslol.com. You can also request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Discord, Stripe, and Riot Games). This Policy does not apply to those services, which have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

10. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
